Visiting Times

Permitted visiting hours are:

• 8am to 8pm
• Seven days a week

Special arrangements may be possible outside of these hours. Phone the hospital switchboard on 9391 2000 and ask to speak with someone on the ward.

Maternity, Paediatrics and Neonates

Immediate family: 8am to 8pm

Other visitors: 3pm to 8pm (only two visitors at any one time).

Emergency Department

Limit of one visitor per patient within the Emergency Department. 

Leschen Mental Health Unit

 (Banksia, Karri, Moodjar and Yorgum wards)

To arrange visits, contact ward staff on 9391 2300.

Nursing staff on individual wards may adjust the visiting hours to meet the medical requirements of the patients on that ward.

Note: Only visit when you are feeling well. If you have diarrhoea, vomiting or signs of a cold or flu please stay home, as this will prevent the spread of infection and help your family member or friend have a speedy recovery.

Visitors should never touch wounds, dressings, intravenous lines or other equipment being used to treat a patient.
