Parkinson's

Parkinson’s is a progressive neurological condition that is characterised by motor (movement) and non-motor symptoms.

It is estimated that more than 150,000 people are living with Parkinson’s in Australia and this number is expected to increase.

The average age of diagnosis is early 60’s but up to 20 per cent of those diagnosed are under the age of 50 and this is classified as Young Onset Parkinson’s.
